We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Therefore, merchandise can be returned for any reason for credit within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Simply use the return form and label at the bottom of your invoice which will be included with your shipment. Order discrepancies must be reported no later than 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.

After the initial 30 days we will repair or replace any item for a small fee. For details see our care and repair section.

Please send your item for repair or replacement to the address below, with a copy of the sales receipt. Please enclose $5.00 for shipping and handling with your returned item
